Brian Ford, Team Staff Member

Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to honoring our nation's service members throughout his 19-year tenure with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Under his leadership, the team has significantly expanded its Salute to Service initiatives, creating meaningful experiences for military personnel and their families at every home game.

Ford has also played a key role in organizing annual visits to MacDill Air Force Base, strengthening the team's connection with the local military community. Each year, he helps present the General H. Norman Schwarzkopf Military Family of the Year Award, which recognizes families who embody the values of service before self.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ford continues to support the armed forces in his personal time. He is a graduate of the 927th Air Refueling Wing Honorary Commander Program, which offers civilians a firsthand look at the mission and capabilities of the U.S. Air Force. Most recently, Ford was honored with the U.S. Special Operations Command Medal by U.S. Army General Bryan P. Fenton, a prestigious recognition awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the military community.
