BENEFITS & EMPLOYEE REWARDS

The NFL has developed a comprehensive compensation and benefits package for all full-time employees, which provides employees with resources to be their best selves inside and outside of work. We offer a wide range of benefits in areas including health, family, finance and wellness.

HEALTH: The NFL offers a variety of comprehensive, high-quality medical, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, dental, vision and prescription drug packages to meet your specific needs. We also offer flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability and accident coverage.
FAMILY: Eligible employees may receive adoption assistance and up to 16 weeks paid parental leave to assist in welcoming a new child. NFL Full-Time employees may take two weeks of paid family leave to care for a covered family member with a serious health condition, once becoming eligible. A bereavement policy of up to 20 days is offered to help employees cope with losses. We also offer pet insurance to help in caring for our furry family members.
RETIREMENT: We are proud to offer a pension program and 401K plan to help our employees save for retirement.
TOTAL WELLNESS: The NFL will reimburse 50% of your monthly gym membership or studio class fees. We offer employees a subscription to a meditation app to help you decompress. Additional wellness benefits are also available to Full Time regular employees who opt in one of the NFL medical plans, which awards you points and other incentives for participating in physical or mental activities. We also offer Employee Assistance Program to all eligible employees as a free benefit. In addition to these benefits, select NFL offices house onsite fitness facilities and classes.
VACATION: For your first five years of employment at the NFL you will be eligible for 15 vacation days and 12 paid holidays, in addition to a separate allotment of sick, personal and moving days.
EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT: Once becoming eligible, the NFL will reimburse 100% of tuition up to $10,000 per calendar year for job related education and training.
