Tom Brady says he's not one of the all-time great QBs

Tom Brady took part in Super Bowl 50's pregame ceremony announcing every Super Bowl MVP in NFL history. The New England Patriots quarterback was booed during the display -- by a heavy Denver audience -- and in a pregame interview with Jim Gray of Westwood One Radio said he doesn't consider himself one of the NFL's all-time great QBs.

Draft coverage:

"That is a helluva question and I wouldn't put myself in there," Brady said, via ESPN.com. "I think there are some incredible players that have played the position and a lot of guys do things differently to get the job done. You see different styles, different techniques."

Oh, Mother of Mercy. Brady has it all. Good looks, a beautiful family, a rocket arm, a wicked smile, a bajillionty dollars AND HUMILITY. See, world, you can have it all and still be humble.

At this point, Brady is clearly an angel sent form heaven to bless us with his presence. Either that, or he's a devil's minion snuggling up to our soft side before he turns and breathes fire unto the planet, engulfing us all. (Your opinion will be based on how you perceive angels, devils, cleft chins and the New England Patriots).

OK, Tom, so who would you consider THE all-time great?

"When you look at me being a fan of Joe Montana; nobody ever did it better than Joe Montana," the California native said. "In a way, he was like the Michael Jordan of football. The style and the grace and the beauty of what Joe's style was, it never looked hard for Joe."

Brady pointed to the work and studying he needs to put in to be successful as evidence of why he isn't among the greats -- as if intelligence and work ethic aren't skillful traits.

"I have to work my butt off all week and work really hard to get to the game feeling confident with what I am trying to accomplish and get down the field to score some points," he said. "I guess for me because I have to work so hard at it and try so hard at it, that's part of enjoying it for me. But I look at other players and say, 'Gosh, I wish I could make it look as easy as they make it look.'"

You do, Tom. You freaking do.
