Patriots' Aaron Dobson (foot) active vs. Denver Broncos

GMC Never Say Never Moment

Tom Brady and the Patriots overcame a 24-point halftime deficit against the Broncos to prevail in Week 12. Was it the best moment of 2013?

The New England Patriots wide receiver was active for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos. Dobson returned to practice this week, the rookie's first on-field work since aggravating a stress fracture in his foot on Dec. 29 against the Buffalo Bills. He had been listed as questionable.

Dobson was the Patriots' best deep threat during the regular season; and he could be a real asset against the Broncos if he can open up the middle for fellow receivers Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman. Dobson had 37 catches for 519 yards and four touchdowns during the regular season.

Wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins was inactive after suffering a concussion last week against the Indianapolis Colts. Thompkins had traveled with the team and was listed as questionable.
