Dez Bryant isn't done returning punts, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Tuesday morning.

Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10 on Wednesday, Nov. 14
at 9 p.m. ET.
The Cowboys star receiver was taken off the punt return team in the win against the Philadelphia Eagles and Dwayne Harris had a 78-yarder for a touchdown. That should be the end of Bryant catching punts, right? Not necessarily.
"Dez is such an exceptional threat, exceptional player that I wouldn't say anything is set in stone and done," Jones said on KRLD-FM, via the Dallas Morning News. "I know what he's capable of doing.
"Dez, we know, can make plays when they're not supposed to be made probably as well as anybody we've got on the team. No, I don't think it's over for Dez."
Bryant can also mess up the routine play as well as anyone, but that's on offense. As far as punt returns, Bryant hasn't been very good since returning two touchdowns as a rookie. He averaged 14.3 yards in 2010, 6.9 in 2011 and 5.5 in 2012.
There's no question Bryant is a freakish playmaker -- with consistency issues. But why risk injury on punt returns when Cowboys need all the help they can get on offense? And would those consistency issues fade if Bryant only had to concern himself with offense?
Hopefully, for Cowboys fans, Harris showed enough to keep the job.
