The season is slipping away for the 3-5 Dallas Cowboys, and the frustration is starting to show on the field, in the stands and in the owner's suite.

Atlanta Falcons' 19-13 win over the
Dallas Cowboys in Week 9 on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. ET.
"I know how our fans feel. I know how I feel," Jerry Jones said Sunday night, according to The Dallas Morning News. "What counts is to win the ballgames."
It was another ignominious night for Jones. KXAS-TV's Matt Barrie tweeted after the game: "Jerry Jones just pounded locker room door because no one would let him in. It's the angriest I've seen him all year."
The offense particularly has been frustrating for everyone involved. Quarterback Tony Romo appeared irritated with coach Jason Garrett's play-calling in the fourth quarter of Sunday night's 19-13 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Jones sounded equally exasperated with his offense's lack of big plays.
"Three-and-five. Three-and-five," Jones said after the game. "When you look at a team we just played at 8-0, then it's going to be very difficult to catch up with them if you look ahead and see how competitive this league is. ... I thought we could match up against this team, and I'm very disappointed. " ... We had some guys do some good things tonight, although I will say this: I'd liked to have seen more bigger plays. They just made bigger plays than we did at the end."
Garrett has been under fire the last several weeks as the offense has struggled to get on track without starting running back DeMarco Murray, who's out indefinitely with a foot injury. Complicating matters, speculation began to swirl Sunday morning that suspended New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton would be a free agent, and the immediate response out of Dallas was to ponder if the former Cowboys coordinator might make his way back to Big D.
Even in his "disappointed" state, Jones reiterated his faith in his current head coach.
"Oh, I have a lot of faith in Jason," he said. "I think Jason's future is ahead of him. I know how hard he works. I like his philosophy, so I've got a lot of faith and a lot of confidence that one of the brightest spots that I see is our head coaching and our coaching in the future."
