Full-Time Employee Benefits
The NFL has developed a comprehensive compensation and benefits package for all employees classified by the NFL as full-time employees, so they can be their best selves inside and outside of work. As described below, we offer a wide range of benefits in areas including health, family, retirement, and wellness.

HEALTH: The NFL offers a variety of comprehensive, high-quality medical, critical illness, hospital indemnity, dental, vision and prescription drug packages to meet your specific needs. We also offer flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability and accident coverage. |

FAMILY: Eligible employees may receive family-forming benefits and up to 16 weeks paid parental leave to assist in welcoming a new child. NFL Full-Time employees may take two weeks of paid family leave to care for a covered family member with a serious health condition, once becoming eligible. A bereavement policy of up to 20 days is offered to help employees cope with losses. We also offer pet insurance to help in caring for employees’ furry family members. Additional benefits include bassinet rental, breast milk shipping, and backup care for families. |

RETIREMENT: We are proud to offer a pension program and 401K plan to help our employees save for retirement. |

TOTAL WELLNESS: The NFL will reimburse 50% of employees’ monthly gym membership or studio class fees. Additional wellness benefits are also available to Full Time regular employees who opt into one of the NFL medical plans, which awards you points and other incentives for participating in physical or mental activities. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program to all eligible employees at no cost. In addition to these benefits, select NFL offices house onsite fitness facilities and classes. |

VACATION: For the first five years of employment at the NFL, employees are eligible for 15 vacation days and 132 paid holidays, in addition to a separate allotment of wellness, personal and moving days. |

EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT: Once becoming eligible, the NFL will reimburse 100% of tuition up to $10,000 per calendar year for job related education and training. |

Full-Time Employee Bonus Eligibility
Full-time employees who are exempt from overtime are eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary performance bonus, subject to additional eligibility criteria such as dates of employment. Bonus consideration is subject to the annual performance review and is at the discretion of the NFL as to timing and amount, if any.
Part-Time & Seasonal Employee Benefits
Benefits are also offered to employees classified by the NFL as part-time and seasonal employees, subject to their meeting qualifying standards. These benefits include medical coverage, prescription coverage, flexible spending accounts, and participation in the NFL's pension plan and 401(k) retirement plan. Eligibility is governed by the terms of each applicable plan. Part-time and seasonal employees accrue wellness days consistent with applicable paid sick time and similar laws.
External Agency Employee Benefits
Benefits are also offered to NFL staff employed by external agency partners through their agency employer, subject to their meeting qualifying standards. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacation. In addition, external agency employees accrue wellness days consistent with applicable paid sick time and similar laws.
