Welcome to Super Bowl LV in Tampa Bay!

We are excited to host you and wanted to share some health and safety reminders ahead of your arrival. The excitement of the game will be the same, but some of the protocols in the stadium will be new. Your health and safety, along with that of our players, coaches, and staff is – and has always been – priority number one. As NFL fans, we're all in this together when it comes to taking on the common opponent—COVID-19. Together we help protect each other– it takes all of us!

To that end, we have partnered with state and local officials along with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to develop some new protocols to help maximize your confidence, safety and comfort in coming to Raymond James Stadium and enjoying a seamless experience from the parking lot and turnstiles to concourses and ultimately, your seats.

However, like each player on a championship team, you play a key role in that. Because safety is a team sport, we've set out these guidelines to make Super Bowl LV a championship event for all.

Know Before You Go

Here are the things you will need to know to attend the big game.
Physical Distancing

Physical Distancing

You are required to follow all six-foot physical distancing markers that will be displayed throughout common areas inside and outside Raymond James Stadium. These markers will designate how to enter security gates, restrooms, shops and concessions. Remember, we're in this together so make sure to be respectful of other fans and their space.

Face Coverings

Face Coverings

Facial coverings will be mandatory for anyone in-stadium (fans and staff) and must be worn at all times (other than while actively eating or drinking), from the parking lot to the stadium entry gates. Vented face masks and face shields without a face covering will not be permitted. Look at it as another way to rock your team's colors and be a good teammate – Wearing a face covering not only helps to protect you but also other fans.

First Aid

First Aid

If you begin to feel ill on gameday, you should get help immediately. A fan dedicated isolation area will be available for any fan that begins to feel ill after entering the stadium. The stadium's onsite medical team will be fully prepared to treat you on-site and provide you with personal protective equipment, if necessary. If you feel ill at any point before leaving or on your way to the stadium, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home.

Directional Signage

Directional Signage

Follow the signage to help maintain physical distancing. Staircases, elevators, and escalators will be modified so that everyone flows in the same direction. Be smart and continue to abide by physical-distancing markers that appear in elevators and on escalators.

Ingress and Egress

Ingress and Egress

We are working to reduce congestion when entering and exiting Raymond James Stadium. This includes utilizing different entrances and exits for stadium staff and ticketholders. Check your game ticket for specific details on where to enter and exit the stadium to avoid congestion. This will be your safest play and will help save you time.

Proximity to Players and Each Other

Proximity to Players and Each Other

The first several rows of seats closest to the field will be closed off to create distance between fans and players. Additionally, Raymond James Stadium will be blocking off seats to support physical distancing. Please stick to your assigned seats and your party at all times.

Cashless Payments

Cashless Payments

In order to limit touchpoints and create an efficient gameday experience for our fans, Super Bowl LV will be the first fully cashless Super Bowl. Super Bowl LV will offer fully digital payment acceptance for fans throughout the stadium, including parking, concessions, and retail. For fans requiring assistance, reverse ATMs are located in the concourse on all 3 levels of the stadium, dispensing pre-paid cards to offer a cashless solution for more fans. Be sure to download the NFL Ticketholder app and visit the Stadium Maps section to find a reverse ATM near you.

It's Game Time. Do Your Part.

In addition to following all guidelines listed above, the stadium and stadium staff will also be playing their part by implementing a few additional safety measures:
Enhanced Cleaning

Enhanced Cleaning

We're taking cleaning and disinfection to the next level. All "high touch" surfaces in stadium common areas will be cleaned extensively. "High touch" surfaces include door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, sink handles, toilets, ATMs and other touch screens, turnstiles, vestibules, and water fountains.

Staff Temperature Checks

Staff Temperature Checks

All staff will have their temperature taken before entering the stadium. Any temperature above 100.4⁰F will be flagged, and that employee will be sent home.

Face Coverings and PPE

Like fans, all staff will be required to wear a face covering at all times. They will also be required to complete a health screening questionnaire before entering the stadium on Super Bowl Sunday. For those staff who work in concessions or handle any "high touch" surfaces, gloves will also be required.

Fan Health Promise

As you may have seen as part of the ticket purchasing process, all ticketholders must agree that they will not come to the game unless they can confirm, on behalf of themselves and their guests, that none of the following are true as of Super Bowl Sunday.

  • Within the last 14 days, ticketholders have not tested positive for, or been exposed to, COVID-19
  • Within the last 48 hours, ticketholders have not experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., fever of 100.4⁰ F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC)
  • Within the last 14 days, ticketholders have not travelled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19

Please note: the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should also evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend.

Ticketholders also must agree that to help maintain physical distancing guidelines, they will not sell or transfer game tickets to anyone other than family with whom they have been sheltering or other trusted acquaintances, unless selling or transferring all such game tickets (e.g. the full pod of tickets) in a single transaction.
