Proof of full vaccination is defined as having received both doses of a 2-shot vaccine series or, a single dose of a 1-shot vaccine with the final shot being administered more than 14 days before the event start date. 14 days prior to Super Bowl LVI is January 31, 2022.
Accepted Proof of Vaccination document and Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test are as follows:
- CDC and WHO cards – original, photocopy or digital image accepted
- CLEAR Health Pass App (no photo ID check required)
- Vaccine Verification Apps from all US States (e.g., CA Health Pass, NY Excelsior Pass, etc.)
- International vaccine verification documents
- You do not need to have a booster shot to be considered vaccinated
Proof of negative COVID-19 test will be required for entry to SoFi Stadium on gameday if fans cannot meet the full vaccination requirement. Please test prior to your arrival to the Super Bowl campus at SoFi Stadium.
- Test documentation MUST include your name, test date, test type and result.
- If using a PCR test, it must have been taken with 48 hours of the event date
- If using an Antigen test, it must have been taken within 24 hours of the event date
- If using an Over-the-Counter test, please ensure it will provide you with the proper documentation. Accepted documents include:
- A printed document, email or text message displayed on a phone from the test provider or laboratory - Must include Name, Test date, Test type and Result.
Certification of prior COVID-19 infection does NOT exempt attendees from the vaccination or negative test verification requirement.
Face Coverings / Mask Compliance
LA County COVID-19 health and safety protocols require the following:
- Masks are required at all times within SoFi stadium unless actively eating or drinking
- Mask are required within the NFL Tailgate Party
- Masks are required on all NFL Charter and Fan Shuttle transportation systems
- Masks are not required outside of the stadium or in Gameday Fan Plaza
Identification Verification
Fans 18 years or older must provide a valid identification with proof of vaccination or a negative test. Photo Identification is defined as an original or photocopy of an identification card including:
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Government issued identification card
- School or work identification card
