The NFL Style x Sea Bags Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") starts on November 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
ELIGIBILITY: The NFL Style x Sea Bags Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway is open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (and the respective children or legal wards of each) of the NFL Properties LLC (hereafter, "Sponsor"), the NFL Entities (defined as National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL International Licensing, Inc., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (spouse, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Instagram is neither a Sponsor of nor affiliated with this Sweepstakes. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
PRIZE: At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entrant who meets the Eligibility criteria, that enters the Sweepstakes using an Official Entry method described below, who will win a Seabags Marine Tailgate Tote, Beverage Bucket, and Slim Cross Body Bag of the winners' choice of NFL team (the "Prize") subject to availability. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $400.00. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any component of the Prize with comparable items of similar or greater value, in its sole discretion, but is not obligated to provide substitute Prizes.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning the Prize.
During the Sweepstakes Period, in order to enter, entrants must (i) follow @NFLStyle & @SeaBagsMaine on Instagram, (ii) "like" the NFL Style x Seabags Tailgate Giveaway Instagram post (the "Post"), and (iii) tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the Post (collectively, taking the actions in (i) – (iii) shall be considered an "Official Entry").
An entrant's Instagram account must be public in order to be eligible. A free Instagram account can be created at www.instagram.com. Any account that follows @NFLStyle and completes the above Official Entry requirements may be eligible for entry into this Sweepstakes. Following and completing the listed steps constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 18, 2025 to be considered eligible.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Instagram account for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Additional Entries received from the same Instagram account in excess of the aforementioned limitation will be void. If you choose to participate using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. Other than for prize notification or conditions as previously stated, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communications with any entrant regarding this Sweepstakes or acknowledge any Entry not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein, and such entries will be disqualified.
Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate, or undelivered direct messages, or Entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems, or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications, or other causes, failures, or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines, or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the Internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the processing of direct messages, responses or Entries, the announcement of any prize, for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries of entrants and disqualify such entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) winner, randomly selected from among all Official Entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or about November 19, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Official Entries during the Sweepstakes Period. By entering, entrants (as well as their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize winner will be notified through Instagram Direct Message ("DM") no later than November 21, 2025, and will be required to respond using the contact information provided in the direct message within three (3) calendar days. The potential Prize winner must provide their full name, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and/or email. Return of potential Prize winner's Instagram DM, notification letter or prize as undeliverable, potential winner's failure to respond to Instagram direct message within three (3) calendar days, and/or non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or failure to sign and return the Address Verification Form within the time specified above may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. The Released Parties are not responsible for any delay or failure for a potential Prize winner to receive notification from Sponsor, or for Sponsor to fail to receive a potential Prize winner's response, for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or a potential Prize winner's failure to adequately monitor any account. The Released Parties are not responsible for communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in an entrant's email account to receive email messages. The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.
GENERAL: . By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, the NFL.com Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that personal information will used as described in the National Football League Privacy Policy, as posted on NFL.com Privacy Policy; (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental, or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes related or Prize related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Sweepstakes or Prize related activity, whether hosted by Sponsor or a third party; and (d) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, social media handle, oral or written statements, photograph/video, image and likeness for programming, advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media (including digital media), now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity by Sponsor, the other NFL Entities, the other Released Parties and their designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By participating, entrants also agree not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.
The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the limitations or exclusions contained herein may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. A winner may not substitute, assign or transfer their Prize, but we reserve the right, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, provincial, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses otherwise associated with accepting any Prize. All Prize details are provided at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not be required to award more prizes than the number of available prizes set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right not to award any or all Prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. All Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
In no event will the Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and participating in the Sweepstakes and/or downloading from and/or print material downloaded from any website or application associated with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of the Sweepstakes, the selection of Winners, or the announcement of any prize. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by other entrants or site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion, or the entirety of the Sweepstakes be deemed illegal in any jurisdiction in the United States, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Winner(s) from all eligible participants using the procedures outlined above. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE NFL STYLE INSTAGRAM OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
