Top 30 Fantasy Scorers -- Week 3

The Week 3 list is one dominated by quarterbacks, some of whom may surprise you like Kirk Cousins and Austin Davis. It was not a great week for fantasy running backs or tight ends, however, but three rookie wide receivers performed well enough to rank among the top 30 overall.
