Weekly officiating video answers heel-toe question on receptions

In the officiating review video for Week 14 games, NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino looked at these plays on Friday:

• The process of the catch during the Indianapolis Colts-Cincinnati Bengals game, examining the heel-toe question on an out-of-bounds play.

• Injury timeouts within the last two minutes of regulation from the Colts-Bengals game.

• Incidental contact on pass interference during the Miami Dolphins-Pittsburgh Steelers game.

• Covering the long snapper during field-goals attempts in the Dolphins-Steelers game.

• And pick plays that might cause offensive pass interference during the Tennessee Titans-Denver Broncos game.
