U.S. Army debuts public service spot on NFL partnership

The U.S. Army debuted a public service announcement on its partnership with the NFL in researching traumatic brain injuries. The PSA featured NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Lieutenant General Patricia D. Horoho, who is the surgeon general and commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Command.
