Titans work out former Chiefs veteran Larry Johnson

The Tennessee Titans worked out Larry Johnson Tuesday and could sign the veteran running back later tonight, according to a league source.

Johnson would be seen as a big back to complement Chris Johnson, a role that LenDale White once held.

A two-time Pro Bowl selection with the Kansas City Chiefs, Larry Johnson was released by Washington early this season after receiving limited carries in just two games. He rushed for more than 1,700 yards during 2005 and 2006 seasons.
