Texans' Foster ruled out due to hamstring injury

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster is out against the New Orleans Saints as he continues to be hampered by an injured hamstring.

It's the second time in three weeks Foster has been inactive due to the injury, which has limited him to just 10 carries for 33 yards this season. He was the NFL's leading rusher in 2010.

Ben Tate will start in place of Foster and look for his third straight 100-yard rushing game to open the season.
