Tennessee, Georgia concussion laws begin with start of new year

Two Southern states debuted concussion laws Wednesday with the beginning of 2014.

The Brentwood (Tenn.) Home Page reported that concussion legislation takes effect Jan. 1 in Tennessee.

WSMV-TV also looked at the new law in Tennessee.

The Associated Press reported on the "Return To Play Act" that began Wednesday in Georgia.
