It has been brought to our attention that a small number of people renewing their Wembley season tickets today for the 2019 NFL London Games were not charged the usual Ticketmaster booking fee.
Acknowledging this system error and wishing to find a fair and equitable solution, Ticketmaster has agreed with NFL UK to waive booking fees to anyone who renewed season tickets today. In addition, anyone renewing before midnight tonight (May 28) will be refunded their booking fee. Fans purchasing during this window will receive an email from Ticketmaster tomorrow (May 29) with a timeline for refunds. (Note that this applies only to booking fees and not to postage and packaging costs, which were applied correctly for all customers). The standard booking fee will be re-applied to all purchases made after midnight.
