Sports medical leaders optimistic after NFL's concussion think tank

The NFL hosted a concussion think tank this week, bringing medical representatives from major sports organizations around the world to the league's New York headquarters.

USA Today also talked to Martin Raftery, chief medical officer on the International Rugby Board.
