Ronnie Hillman calls Peyton critics 'fake fans'

The Denver Broncos survived another lackluster performance from Peyton Manning with a 26-23 overtime win against the Cleveland Browns.

Despite Denver improving to 6-0, the Manning critics are out in full force and the quarterback didn't do much to quiet down his naysayers on Sunday -- with a three-interception outing.

After the Broncos' OT win Ronnie Hillman had a Twitter message for the Manning whistle blowers.

"Ya need to get off Peyton that's our QB bottom line. You fake fans don't say anything when he is winning us the game smh," the running back posted on social media.

Kudos to Hillman for sticking up for his veteran teammate. That is what he's supposed to do.

Through six weeks Manning has just seven touchdowns to go with 10 interceptions resulting in a 72.5 passer rating.

Manning is no doubt a future Hall of Famer. But at this point in his career he's just a very well-known game manager with an extensive resume -- and the Broncos will take that as long as it results in wins.
