"We've got to get the snap thing worked out," Romo told reporters after the game. "We'll get that worked out. We'll tell the league and see if that's something that can be fixed because you're not supposed to be able to do that. So we'll see. But we can't have that happen. We shouldn't have been in that situation."
NFL rules prohibit defensive players from making "disconcerting signals" by pretending to call out the quarterback's cadence.
Costa, however, said he just has to do a better job.
"It's just being patient," Costa said. "Just trying not to hear them and trying to hear Tony."
Notes:Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said cornerback Terence Newman was being tested after Monday night's game for a possible concussion. "It looks like Newman was a big help to us," Jones said, according to the Dallas Morning News. "Looks like he had some concussion there. He looked alert, and I don't have a report on him." ...
