Reports: Folk on hot seat as Jets bring in K Brown for tryout

The New York Daily News reported the Jets likely won't sign Brown before Monday night's AFC East showdown with the New England Patriots.

Folk has missed five of his past 11 field-goal attempts and hit an upright on an extra-point attempt Thursday night.

Brown, a 12th-year pro, went 4-for-5 on field-goal attempts while filling in for the San Diego Chargers' Nate Kaeding earlier this season. He lost a training camp battle with Neil Rackers after nine seasons as the Houston Texans' kicker.
