That decision comes on the heels of the team picking up the two-year option on coach Raheem Morris' deal, as The Times reported Saturday.

Morris and Dominik helped guide a young Bucs team to a 10-6 record this season. The seven-win improvement was the biggest one-year gain in team history.

Dominik hit on a series of transactions this season, taking a chance on drafting wide receiver Mike Williams, an NFL Rookie of the Year finalist, and claiming running back LeGarrette Blount, who rushed for 1,007 yards and six touchdowns in 13 games.
