As usual, Baltimore Ravens safety Ed Reed was in the right place at the right time Sunday, batting down a desperation pass into the end zone during a 20-13 divisional playoff victory over the Houston Texans.
Moments after the game, Reed told NFL Network's Albert Breer he rolled his left ankle.
"It don't even matter right now," Reed said. "I just have to heal up as best as I can for next week's game. We'll be ready."
Breer later reported that X-rays on Reed's ankle were negative and no MRI exam was needed.
"Well have to check on Ed," Harbaugh said. "But, apparently, he seems like he's in good shape."
Reed left the field earlier in the game after landing on his left hip following a pass break-up. Reed was credited with six tackles and his eighth career postseason interception, the most among active players.
