Randall Cobb's 48-yard touchdown catch best of Week 17

The Green Bay Packers punched their ticket into the postseason Sunday behind an epic 48-yard touchdown catch by Randall Cobb in the final minute of their regular-season finale against the Chicago Bears. The clutch fourth-quarter catch earned Cobb Week 17's "Performance Moment of the Week," presented by Bridgestone.

Down by one point with 46 seconds remaining in the game, the Packers were forced to convert a critical fourth-and-8 to save their season. And boy, did they ever.

Aaron Rodgers, playing for the first time since injuring his collarbone against the Bears in Week 9, escaped a pass rush, rolled to his left and aired a bomb to Cobb, who had already ran past three Bears defenders and was waiting with open arms to haul in the game-winning grab.

Cobb's catch captured the NFC North championship, and assured that the Pack would have a showdown against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
