They have asked the Baltimore Ravens for permission to speak to director of player personnel Eric DeCosta. Atlanta Falcons director of player personnel Les Snead also is on the Rams' list.

Lake Dawson, the Tennessee Titans' vice president of football operations, has strong ties to Jeff Fisher and could end up wherever the coach does -- with St. Louis a prime destination.

The Rams have the second overall pick in April's NFL draft.

The Rams fired GM Billy Devaney on Monday, along with coach Steve Spagnuolo.

Devaney went 12-52 in his four years as the Rams' GM. The Rams also haven't made the playoffs since 2004.
