Smith received 33 percent of the total votes to finish ahead of Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson (24), Baltimore Ravens running back Javorius Allen (17), Chicago Bears strong safety Harold Jones-Quartey (15) and Buffalo Bills linebacker A.J. Tarpley.
