will re-air the Pittsburgh Steelers' 24-20 win over the New York  Giants in Week 9 on Tuesday, Nov. 6

at 8 p.m. ET.

After a slow start to the season that included losses to the Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans, the Steelers cemented their return to the land of the Super Bowl contenders with a 24-20 win over the New York Giants.

It was a classic Steelers win because they battled back through so much. They overcame two very shaky calls that cost them 11 points. They overcame a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter. They overcame coach Mike Tomlin's curious fake field-goal call in the fourth quarter.

It was an emotional atmosphere in New Jersey following this week's devastating storm. The Steelers flew in for the game Sunday morning -- a practice they might want to try again considering their road record. It certainly didn't hurt their stamina.

Trailing 20-10, Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace turned the game around by hitting the turbo botton on a 51-yard score. The Steelers' defense forced three consecutive three-and-outs in the fourth quarter. Giants quarterback Eli Manning was held to 125 yards with one interception. Pittsburgh's Isaac Redman easily was the best running back in this game.

Frankly, the Steelers deserved to win this one. They looked like the better team. Dispatching the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins was nice, but this is different. A win like this shows the 5-3 Steelers are right back in the AFC mix.
