Pepsi Rookie of the Week: Branden Oliver

Chargers rookie running back Branden Oliver had an explosive performance in Week 5 with 182 yards from scrimmage -- the most for a San Diego running back since LaDainian Tomlinson in 2007. For that, he is the Pepsi Rookie of the Week. Check out the other nominees below.

Branden Oliver, San Diego Chargers

Oliver had 114 rushing yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers' 31-0 win over the New York Jets.

K'Waun Williams, Cleveland Browns

Williams had six tackles, a sack and one pass defensed in the Browns' 29-28 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Odell Beckham Jr., New York Giants

Beckham records four catches for 44 yards, including the go-ahead score with a 15-yard touchdown reception in the Giants' 30-20 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Sammy Watkins, Buffalo Bills

Watkins had seven receptions for 87 yards, including a 20-yard reception to set up the game-winning field goal in the Bills' 17-14 victory over the Detroit Lions.

E.J. Gaines, St. Louis Rams

Gaines had four tackles, an interception and two passes defensed against the Philadelphia Eagles.
