Pats' Edelman, McCourty, Amendola, Chung ruled out

The Patriots have ruled out four key contributors for Sunday's game against the Jets.

New England ruled out wideouts Julian Edelman (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee), as well as safeties Devin McCourty (ankle) and Patrick Chung (foot) on Saturday. Amendola, Chung and McCourty were previously considered questionable, whereas Edelman was doubtful to play.

Tight end Scott Chandler (knee), linebacker Dont'a Hightower (knee) and wideout Brandon LaFell (foot) remain questionable.

Tom Brady and Co. will again be hamstrung as they face a Jets squad that is trying to work their way into a wild card spot with two games to go.

Though the Patriots have seen staggering injuries -- particularly on offense -- they are still a win away from locking up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
