Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano has added another piece to his first coaching staff.
New general manager Ryan Grigson made the announcement Thursday that the Colts have added former San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator Greg Manusky to fill the same position in Indianapolis. Grigson also said that Roy Anderson has been hired as secondary coach and will be in charge of the safeties. Marwan Maalouf will coach special teams.

Manusky was fired last month after one season of running the Chargers defense. He had been the San Francisco 49ers' defensive coordinator from 2007-10.
The Colts had scheduled an interview with Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers coach Keith Butler to fill the vacancy, reported NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora. But Butler, whose contract had expired, agreed to a new deal with the Steelers.
Pagano hired Bruce Arians as offensive coordinator this week and is still trying to fill jobs on his assistant coaching staff. Grigson confirmed a report by La Canfora that the Colts will retain coach Clyde Christensen. It has not been determined whether he will coach quarterbacks or receivers.
Grigson acknowledged that the Colts would like to re-sign three key veterans -- receivers Pierre Garcon and Reggie Wayne and defensive end Robert Mathis.
