Bell has played all of his three-year career with the Buffalo Bills. He suffered a shoulder injury in Week 4 and didn't return until Week 13. He started all 16 games in 2010.

A source told the newspaper that the Packers are still considering free-agent defensive end Dave Tollefson, whose visit with the team ended without a deal being offered. The newspaper had previously reported that the team was "very interested" in Tollefson. Citing a source, The Star-Ledger reported Tuesday that Tollefson has also set meetings with the Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans.

The Packers have seen some turnover on their offensive line, having signed free-agent center Jeff Saturday to replace Scott Wells, who departed for the Rams.
