The Green Bay Packers have signed cornerback Scorpio Babers. Packers general manager Ted Thompson announced the transaction Friday.
Babers, a 5-foot-11, 194-pound player, was a three-year letterman at Sam Houston State. He originally signed with Miami as a non-drafted free agent in May 2008.
Babers will wear No. 41.
