NFL rescinds crown penalty fine on Tennessee Titans' Jackie Battle

Tennessee Titans running back Jackie Battle, who was the first NFL player to be called for the crown-of-the-helmet rule, had his $21,000 fine rescinded, reported.

Battle told ESPN that he remains steadfast in keeping his head-down running style.
