The NFL announced Tuesday that fans will be able to attend the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis for free.
The NFL Combine Experience will allow fans to enjoy several opportunities during March 2-5 -- including watching the bench press, ability to view prospects' press conferences and interviews, and autograph sessions with NFL legends.
"We are excited to deliver to our fans new opportunities to be a part of the Scouting Combine, one of our most-anticipated annual events," said NFL Senior Vice President of Events Peter O'Reilly. "With the new NFL Combine Experience, we have re-imagined the event to provide more access for our fans and to create unique ways for them to join the excitement as well as see the next generation of NFL players in Indianapolis."
Virtual reality attractions, an obstacle course, and youth football clinics will also be part of the NFL Combine Experience. At Combine Corner, fans will be able to test themselves in various combine drills, including the 40-yard dash, the vertical jump, the broad jump and the 3-cone drill. There will also be a gauntlet drill, where fans can catch passes on their left and right from JUGS machine on their way to the end zone.
A select group of fans will also be permitted to watch the combine line from inside Lucas Oil Stadium from March 3-5.
