Why this game is intriguing: The Norv watch is on, with even those currently on the San Diego Chargers coaching staff seemingly resigned to their fate. They won last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Turner got the game ball, which might be his parting gift. For the Carolina Panthers, on the heels of a wakeup win over the Falcons, things might be looking up for Ron Rivera's staff. Finishing strong could work wonders for the franchise's future -- and that of Cam Newton, as well.
