New England Patriots' Stevan Ridley out with head injury

New England Patriots running back Stevan Ridley was knocked out of Sunday's AFC Championship Game loss to the Baltimore Ravens after taking a hit to the head that led to a lost fumble.

Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib was sidelined with a thigh injury in the first quarter and also did not return to the game, a 28-13 Ravens' victory.
