I'm just going to go and guess that the majority of you needed a few more points than you received from the Bengals on Monday night. I know one guy, one of my oldest friends Scotty J. from Corona, Calif., needed a few more points for A.J. Green.
Things didn't work out too well for him. Though it was absolutely awesome for me.
I played Scotty in my League of Record (the fantasy league you care about the most; we all have one). The bye week took Julio Jones and Danny Woodhead from me (I lost Le'Veon Bell for the season and my nemesis had squatted on DeAngelo Williams from draft night), so I was prepared for the worst. I ended up in decent shape on Sunday night after Carson Palmer's fine outing. (I could have done without the fumbles, though. What the hell, Carson? Thankfully this league rewards six points for touchdown passes as the lord intended. We have a new leader of NFL.com fantasy and I will do my best to make this the standard from now on.)
So I nursed a meager eight-point lead headed into the night and figured A.J. Green was good for that. But thankfully for me, the Texans had other ideas. I'm pretty sure I lost a few other leagues because the Bengals didn't score enough, but I don't care. You're really only allowed to bemoan one league and I won, so I won't spend too much time worrying about that.
I'd be the most upset with Andy Dalton, though, if I were you. He had the audacity of putting the ball in Tyler Eifert's hands and making him drop it. And then he fumbled the ball at the end of the game. Oh wait, that was Green.
Dalton didn't have his best game. But if Green hangs on there, I would imagine the Bengals would have punched in from there. But hey, don't let me get in the way of your Dalton jokes.
You need somebody to kick around since Jay Cutler has become the best quarterback in the NFL.
So I will stop writing about my Monday Night Miracle, and transition to your Monday Nightmares. Trust me, you will feel better when you share your feelings. Consider this one great big fantasy therapy couch.

It will feel better if you share. Be sure to hit me up on Twitter @adamrank.
For the record, you can submit your fantasy questions to NFL Fantasy Live or me on Twitter. But realize, NFL Fantasy Live has 300K followers. Me? Just 14. See, the odds are better I will answer your question, so hit me up both via Twitter or via Facebook (if you're RG3). And if you follow me on Sundays, I'll quote "The Wolf" from "Pulp Fiction" and then it's game on! Although, it's tough to catch me on Facebook. Twitter is your go-to." Plus seriously people, I'm not taking your tweets after Midnight. I'm into the #HashtagWars via @Midnight. I've started to mute people who ask me questions at that time.
