Larry Grant suspended four games for violating NFL drug policy

Free-agent linebacker Larry Grant has been suspended without pay for the first four games of the 2013 regular season for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances.

Grant, who played the last two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, is eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games.

Grant is entering his sixth season. He spent his first three seasons with the St. Louis Rams.
