Kindle's debut delayed for Ravens; Cotchery out for Steelers

BALTIMORE -- The Ravens placed outside linebacker Sergio Kindle on their inactive list for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, further delaying his long-awaited NFL debut.

Kindle missed his rookie season in 2010 with a fractured skull. Kindle played during the preseason, but Paul Kruger was set to serve as the other outside rusher with Terrell Suggs.

The Steelers were without injured wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery, cornerback Curtis Brown, offensive linemen Chris Scott and Ramon Foster, running back Jonathan Dwyer and quarterback Dennis Dixon.

Other Ravens inactives included wide receiver Tandon Doss, linebackers Jason Phillips and Michael McAdoo and cornerback Chykie Brown.
