Jets get 4 in prime time, including Thanksgiving

NEW YORK (AP) - Tim Tebow, Mark Sanchez and the New York Jets are scheduled for four prime-time television appearances this season, including a Thanksgiving night matchup at home against the New England Patriots.

The Jets will play two Monday night games - at home against Houston on Oct. 18 and at Tennessee on Dec. 17 - and a Sunday night game against San Diego at MetLife Stadium on Dec. 23. The schedule, announced by the NFL on Tuesday night, marks the third straight season the Jets have had at least four prime-time games.

Tebow, recently acquired from Denver, will play in his first regular-season home game for the Jets in Week 1 against Buffalo on Sept. 9. He'll also return to his hometown of Jacksonville when the Jets play there on Dec. 9.
