Hill's talent is undeniable, but he's now fumbled seven times in 18 career games.
"You could definitely start saying it's an issue," Hill said, via ESPN.com. "I can be happy and in denial about it, but it's definitely become an issue and it has to get fixed."
"We can't have the back fumbling the football," he said. "Jeremy's a talented young player and we've got to keep the football. That wasn't part of his deal last year and we can't let it creep in."
Sometimes all it takes is one game to change the dynamic of a backfield. Hill has shown he can lead the show, but Bernard's performance on Sunday served as a reminder how special he can be when healthy -- something he rarely was last season.
Hill will likely remain starter, but things could change in a hurry if he puts the ball on the ground again.
