Jaguars part ways with former Pro Bowl pick Osgood

The Jacksonville Jaguars are releasing wideout and special-teams ace Kassim Osgood, Fox Sports insider and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer reported Tuesday.

Osgood spent the past two seasons with the Jags after playing the first seven years of his career for the San Diego Chargers.

Osgood has made three Pro Bowls appearances -- 2006, 2007 and 2009 -- in his career, all of which came while he was with the Chargers.
