The Florida Times-Union first reported the Knighton's recovery was going well, and he later confirmed the news on Twitter.

"In good spirits!! Recovery is moving along great," Knighton wrote. "Can see out of my left eye again and can't wait for it to be back normal. Thanks everyone!"

Jags coach Mike Mularkey said that Knighton's injury, which he sustained April 8, would keep him out of the majority of the team's offseason program and he would miss "at least" three months.
