Jaguars coach Mularkey adds three more assistants to staff

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey retained offensive line coach Andy Heck, hired Josh Hingst as assistant strength and conditioning coach and added Charlie Skalaski as assistant to the head coach/offensive assistant, the team announced Tuesday.

During Heck's six years in Jacksonville, the Jaguars posted the three highest single-season rushing totals in franchise history.

Hingst spent the last three years as director of sports nutrition at Nebraska after working the 2008 season with the Atlanta Falcons. He also spent five years working at Florida State.

Skalaski served nine seasons (2003-11) as an assistant at Liberty in a variety of capacities. After coaching tight ends in 2003, he served eight seasons as receivers coach and was the program's director of football development from 2003 to 2005.

Jacksonville's only open position is strength and conditioning coach.
