He's No. 3: T.O. jumps Brown on NFL's career receiving yards list

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens has passed Tim Brown for third on the NFL's career receiving yards list.

Owens passed Brown with a 6-yard catch six minutes into the fourth quarter of the Bills' season finale against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. With three catches for 50 yards, Owens hit 14,936 career receiving yards, 2 more than Brown had during his 17-year career that ended in 2004.

Owens, who scored earlier in the game on a 41-yard catch, then added to his total with a 15-yard reception later in the series.

The latest milestone came one week after Owens became the sixth NFL player with 1,000 career catches.
