Harry Douglas and his mom promote football safety

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Harry Douglas and his mother, Stephanie, sat down recently to talk about football safety in a video promoting the team's upcoming Heads Up Football safety clinic for moms.

In the video, Stephanie jokes with her son about the difficulties of watching him play from the stands.

Mrs. Douglas goes on to say that she was initially against Harry playing football and that it was the boy's father that convinced her to let her son play. In response, Stephanie's advice to Harry was to "run, run, run and don't let 'em hit you."

The clinic, hosted by the Falcons, will include instruction on proper equipment fitting along with concussion awareness training and Heads Up tackling techniques.
