Hands off: Cowboys' Choice played December with broken bone

Dallas Cowboys running back Tashard Choicerevealed to the team's official website Monday that he played the final month of the 2010 season with a broken right hand.

Choice said he injured the hand during a Week 14 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The injury won't require surgery.

"I just had to play with it," said Choice, who had to carry the ball with his left hand after the injury. "It's got to (heal on its own)."

Choice rushed for 243 yards -- third-most on the Cowboys -- and three touchdowns on 66 carries. He also had 17 receptions for 109 yards.
