5. Tennessee Titans

Tennessee slipped out of the playoffs for the first time in three years last season. The big problem involved a defense that dropped to No. 28 in the NFL. The Titans believe in the young players who are taking over for the likes of Kyle Vanden Bosch and Keith Bulluck. Vince Young looks in control of the offense; Chris Johnson is a game-breaker; and their remarkable response to starting 0-6 and finishing 8-2 is something coach Jeff Fisher has been building on all offseason.
