Former Raiders coach Jackson meeting with Fisher for OC spot

Former Oakland Raiders coach Hue Jackson is meeting with recently hired St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher on Wednesday regarding the team's vacant offensive coordinator position, according to a league source.

Jackson was fired by new Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie earlier this month.

Jackson went 8-8 as Oakland's head coach after spending the 2010 season as the team's offensive coordinator. He served as offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons in 2007 and Washington Redskins in 2003. He was also the Baltimore Ravens' quarterbacks coach in 2008 and 2009.

Fisher, who joined the Rams last week, recently hired Gregg Williams as his defensive coordinator.
