The former San Diego Chargers quarterback faces four felonies, including two counts of burglary and two counts of criminal possession of a dangerous drug.

Leaf also could be facing prison time in a 2010 case from when he was a coach at West Texas A & M. Leaf was given 10 years' probation after being accused of burglarizing a player's home.

The Texas prosecutor who brokered that plea deal asked to have Leaf's probation revoked after the Montana arrests.
