Eagles' Maclin tears plantar fascia tissue in left foot

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Philadelphia Eagles rookie receiver Jeremy Maclin tore the plantar fascia tissue along the bottom of his left foot in the first half of Sunday night's win over the New York Giants, coach Andy Reid said after the game.

Giants offensive tackle Kareem McKenzie was also hurt, leaving the game with a sprained left knee.

McKenzie was injured late in the second quarter when teammate Chris Snee blocked a Philadelphia defender into the tackle's knee. William Beatty replaced McKenzie.

New York also lost cornerback Corey Webster with a left knee injury.
